About this Project
At Garden Bar we installed a combo-application of sheet membrane and air barriers. The Burt Group challenged us to work in close proximity to the adjacent structure, waterproofing the bar–without disturbing the neighbor’s property. Aesthetics was also a concern. When sealing wall joints the architect wanted customized caulking color to match the distinct finished exterior.

Pecora 890FTS and Pecora 890FTSTXTR are field tintable, neutral-curing silicones that will not stain natural stone such as marble and granite, and will react with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, flexible building sealant. 890FTS and 890FTS-TXTR both perform exceptionally well under dynamic conditions with 890FTS accommodating long-term movement of +100/-50% and 890FTSTXTR accommodating long-term movement of +50/-50% in properly designed joints.
